About The Position

COLSA Corporation is seeking a motivated UAS Training Specialist to support its fast-paced Uncrewed Systems program in Huntsville, Alabama. The specialist will develop and execute training programs in classroom and field environments, lead training sessions for team members and customers, and provide hands-on instruction and operational support for military uncrewed systems at customer sites. The role also provides technical and logistical support to the program.

Responsibilities

• Employ UAS and/or system equipment in support of test ranges and combat scenario training.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials to ensure relevance and timeliness.
• Conduct online and/or classroom training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness relative to objectives and maintain supporting records.
• Provide input based on prior military experience to support system development and process improvements.
• Provide technical and logistical support to the program.
• Lead training sessions for team members and customers and provide hands-on instruction and operational support for military uncrewed systems at customer sites.
