Allspring is seeking a U.S. Intermediary Channel Marketing Manager to lead a team of Channel marketers in support of the U.S. Intermediary Sales Division with a focus on the Wirehouse, Independent Broker/Dealer and RIA client segments. Reporting to the Head of U.S. Channel Marketing, this role will shape and execute strategies that elevate brand visibility, deepen client engagement and drive growth. The incumbent will have primary responsibility to understand the strategic goals and marketing needs for the U.S. Intermediary channel with ownership of Allspring’s RIA relationships. The role will partner with the Head of U.S. Channel Marketing to set strategy, execute channel goals and implement processes to ensure that the team effectively reaches its goals. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.
