Requirements

Experience representing sponsors, borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in U.S. domestic and international banking transactions.
Focus on acquisition finance and leveraged finance.
Experience in infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance, debt restructurings and other commercial loan transactions.
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptive to legal AI tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
U.S. J.D. or LLM required.
Class of 2016 - 2021.
