This role supports the delivery of Type Operations services for Monotype’s customers, working closely with Team Leads, Snr Type Operations Managers, and Client Engagement Managers. The position involves data analysis, communication, and operational tasks, offering an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual interested in typography, brand systems, and client delivery to gain expertise in Type Operations, font management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a coordination, project support, or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, details, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, clear, and well-structured work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about typography, design, branding, font management, creative workflows, or digital asset management.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work with confidential client information in a professional and responsible manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support Type Operations Managers with day-to-day coordination across client accounts.
  • Assist with management of font tracking for production font reports.
  • Assist with font audits, usage reviews, compliance checks, and other discovery activities.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain client information, project records, trackers, timelines, and action logs.
  • Help prepare client-facing materials, reports, summaries, meeting notes, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal workflows across Type Operations, Client Engagement, Creative, Technical Craft, Sales, and other specialist teams.
  • Track progress against deliverables and timelines, escalating risks, blockers, or missing information where needed.
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, documenting actions, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Help maintain Type Operations tools, templates, workflows, and best-practice documentation.
  • Build knowledge of Monotype’s products, services, font licensing models, and enterprise customer needs.
