We are expanding rapidly and placing experienced Mortgage Loan Originators directly inside Douglas Elliman offices. This role is ideal for relationship-driven, purchase-focused professionals who want visibility into active buyers, engaged agents, and strong market activity. This is a hybrid role positioned inside the office or offices where the business happens, designed for MLOs who value both advanced technology and classic relationship-based lending. You will serve as the dedicated lending partner for agents within your assigned office or offices, providing daily visibility to active buyers, high levels of agent engagement, consistent opportunities to develop meaningful referral relationships, and a collaborative, supportive environment. The role also provides access to a technology platform built for today’s MLO, including a fully branded app, real-time integration with systems, automated communication, modern presentation tools, and an AI-powered scenario desk. Marketing support is also provided, including access to a marketing portal, monthly marketing credits, a social media content portal, in-house marketing support, and co-branding opportunities. Operational support includes in-house processing and underwriting, strong communication, transparent workflows, and leadership that works closely with the sales team, fostering a culture centered around growth, service, and efficiency.
