It is a hybrid role positioned inside the office or offices where the business happens, designed for MLOs who value both advanced technology and classic relationship-based lending. Marketing support is provided through a marketing portal, monthly credits, social media content, in-house support, and co-branding opportunities. Operational support includes in-house processing and underwriting, strong communication, transparent workflows, and leadership focused on growth, service, and efficiency.
