About The Position

At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll create a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning. We make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Two Year Old Teacher.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.
