About The Position

The Learning Experience of Mandarin – Jacksonville, FL is looking for an energetic and nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and love watching young learners explore, discover, and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll help guide children through some of their most exciting developmental stages—building independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 1–2 years).
Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of every child in your care.
