About The Position
At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll create a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
Requirements
- Passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a lasting impact.
- Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
- Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Two Year Old Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.
