About The Position
The Twilight Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. This is a seasonal, part-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
