About The Position

Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Tutor Radiographer to join the Capital Radiology Metro Melbourne South region following an internal promotion. The role maintains a high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography and coordinates the student and intern recruitment and training program. This is a full-time position, with flexibility to travel to other regional sites, including Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Frankston.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leadership, tutoring, and coordinating student and intern recruitment and training programs.
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging and AHPRA registration.
• Strong technical skills and commitment to high-quality imaging.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to participate in further education and CPD programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of general radiography.
• Ensure correct and safe imaging techniques are followed.
• Identify and implement improvements to general radiography service provision.
• Coordinate, supervise and educate interns, students and work experience students.
• Coordinate, supervise and provide education across the region.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Regional Manager.
