About The Position

The Turndown Attendant at Salish Lodge & Spa is responsible for providing guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service, specifically by performing turndown services for all hotel guests. This role also involves assisting with Guest Services during evening shifts, maintaining organization and supplies on housekeepers’ carts, checking rooms for damage or supply needs, and monitoring the cleanliness of public areas. The attendant is expected to attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, greet and engage guests warmly, and complete tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager. Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Providing turndown services for all hotel guests
• Assist with Guest Services during evening shifts
• Maintain organization and supplies on housekeepers’ cart.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out on property.
• Attends all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greets and warmly engages guests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
