About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join their dynamic Rooms Team. This role requires excitement and dedication in serving guests, with an emphasis on cooperative teamwork and mutual respect. The position involves ensuring guest rooms are clean and up to standard, anticipating and servicing guest needs before being asked, and providing turndown service along with daily service to guest rooms. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be knowledgeable about all available menu options.

Requirements

• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are clean and up to standard.
• Anticipate, customize, and service guest needs before being asked.
• Provide turndown service.
• Provide daily service to guest rooms.
• Be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
