About The Position

As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to HVMG’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your duties include making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for each guest. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper. This associate will prepare all occupied room with turn down services during the evening. They will also run and housekeeping supplies as they are called for throughout the night.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence by showing a warm smile, friendly personality, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all occupied rooms with turndown services during the evening.
• Run housekeeping supplies as they are called for throughout the night.
• Ensure our hotel guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.
• Make beds, vacuum, dust, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms.
• Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
