About The Position

Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. The role hours are from 4:30 PM through 9:30 PM. This position has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Responsibilities include removing used towels and replacing them with clean ones, wiping down wet surfaces in the bathroom, folding clothing, removing Room Service trays, closing drapes, reducing lighting, turning music on softly, preparing the bed, and restocking used amenities. The attendant also prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests and performs full Room Attendant duties when needed. Compliance with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, and working harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors are also essential.

Requirements

Role hours of 4:30PM through 9:30PM.
Ability to clean and refresh rooms.
Ability to prepare rooms for guests to sleep in.
Ability to remove used towels and replace them with clean ones.
Ability to wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom.
Ability to fold clothing left in room and place it in appropriate spot.
Ability to remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
Ability to close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly and prepare bed.

Ability to perform full Room Attendant duties when needed.

Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.
