About The Position

Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. The role hours are from 4:30 PM through 9:30 PM. The attendant has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. This includes removing used towels and replacing them with clean ones, wiping down wet surfaces in the bathroom, folding clothing, removing room service trays, closing drapes, reducing lighting, turning music on softly, preparing the bed, and restocking used amenities. The attendant also prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests and performs full Room Attendant duties when needed. The role requires compliance with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Non-essential functions include assisting with responsibilities in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant, and House Attendant.

Responsibilities

Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom.
Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.
