About The Position

Our team of co-owners values enthusiasm, creativity, and a growth mindset, and we’re committed to putting those qualities to work on solutions that matter. If you’re ready to grow and make an impact, we’d love to be on your team. You’ll serve as a key link between maintenance, operations, engineering, project teams, and client representatives while supporting AWC’s lifecycle maintenance services across chemical, refining, power, and industrial manufacturing facilities. Success in this role means delivering complete and accurate asset documentation before shutdown, reducing field delays caused by missing or inaccurate information, improving technician productivity through well-prepared work packages, increasing the percentage of assets verified before turnaround, maintaining high documentation quality, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to safer, shorter, and more predictable turnarounds.
