About The Position

Burrow Global is hiring three Turnaround Planners for an upcoming turnaround event at a chemical plant in Memphis, Tennessee: two Mechanical Planners and one Electrical & Instrumentation Planner. The position is scheduled to start in November 2026 and last through November 2027. The planner is a member of the TAR Management Team and is responsible for planning assigned turnaround work using MS Excel and Primavera P6. The primary purpose is to ensure turnaround planning is prepared and executed in a way that meets the site's turnaround objectives. Before the overhaul, planners prepare and validate job plans, assemble supporting documentation and workbooks, support work familiarization with foremen, and coordinate with schedulers, estimators, and area planners to develop the turnaround project framework and schedule. During execution, they coordinate new and planned work, monitor material availability, update job plans, support handoffs to QA/QC and Operations, review work against job plans, and ensure job packs are closed out. The schedule is 40 hours per week on a 9/80 or 5/8 schedule before the turnaround, and 7/12s during the turnaround.
