About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining plant safety rules and guidelines, ensuring GMP practices in the work area, and operating a high-pressure hose for cleanup. The position requires the ability to work effectively with other departments and in a challenging environment.

Requirements

Must be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines.
Must be able to work effectively with other departments.
Must be responsible for GMP practices in work area.
Must be able to work in a -20-degree environment.
Must be Sanitation Qualified (will be trained).
Able to bend, lift, twist, squat, and work in cold temperatures (could reach -20 degrees).
Can work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a Fresh Pack environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure plant safety rules and guidelines are followed by self and all employees in the area.
Work effectively with other departments.
Be responsible for GMP practices in the work area.
Operate a high-pressure hose and assist with cleanup during and at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Production Supervisor.
