About The Position

The Tunnel Helper is responsible for ensuring plant safety rules and guidelines are followed by themselves and all employees in the area. This role requires the ability to work effectively with other departments and maintain GMP practices in the work area. The Tunnel Helper will operate a high-pressure hose and assist with clean-up during and at the end of their shift. This position involves working in a -20-degree environment and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines.
Must be able to work effectively with other departments.
Must be responsible for GMP practices in work area.
Must be able to work in -20-degree environment.
Able to bend, lift, twist, squat, and work in cold temperatures (could reach -20 degrees).
Can work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Must be Sanitation Qualified (will be trained).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a Fresh Pack environment is preferred, but not required.
