About The Position

This role is for a Tumbler Operator & Parts Cleaner in an Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing setting. The company offers paid training and opportunities for advancement. The position is full-time, with options for day shift at $17 per hour or night shift at $20.40 per hour (including a 20% night shift differential). The company is looking for individuals to fill Mass Finish Operator roles, which include tumbler operator, parts washer, and deburr responsibilities. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, lift, reach, grasp, bend, stoop, squat and/or walk the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Exposure to consistent moderate to loud noise levels and requires the use of hearing protection.
• Excellent attendance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to follow instructions & willingness to learn.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
