About The Position

The Tubing Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the tubing park and helps provide guests with a safe, fun, and welcoming experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in a ski resort environment involving outdoor work and team leadership. The supervisor oversees daily operations, leads and supports employees, maintains safe and organized facilities and equipment, monitors guest activity, coordinates with other mountain operations teams, and provides guest service. The position is seasonal and requires availability for weekends, holidays, and variable shifts during the winter season.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Ski resort, tubing park, recreation, or outdoor operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily tubing park operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and guest flow.
Lead, train, and support tubing park employees.
Ensure tubing lanes, corrals, walkways, and equipment are safe, clean, and organized.
Enforce tubing park safety rules and operating procedures.
Monitor guest activity and address safety or operational concerns.
Coordinate with Mountain Operations, Ski Patrol, and Maintenance on conditions, equipment, and repairs.
Manage tube inventory and ensure equipment is properly inspected and stored.
Provide excellent guest service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.
Complete required daily logs and incident reports.
Assist with special events and other Mountain Operations needs as necessary.
