About The Position

The Coiled Tubing Supervisor leads the safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of coiled tubing operations, including drillouts, cleanouts, and intervention work. As the on-site leader, the Supervisor is accountable for crew performance, equipment integrity, regulatory compliance, and direct customer interface. The role ensures operations align with company standards, client objectives, and well-control requirements while optimizing job performance and minimizing non-productive time (NPT). The Supervisor leads mill drillouts, cleanouts and circulation operations, and nitrogen-assisted or fluid-based interventions.
