About The Position

As a Tube Bender, you'll play an important role in manufacturing premium fitness equipment used by people around the world. You'll safely set up and operate tube bending equipment to produce high-quality components that meet engineering specifications and customer expectations. Our Weekend Shift is designed to give you more time for life while rewarding your commitment. Work just 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours with a three-day workweek, enjoying four days off every week.

Requirements

Manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience operating fabrication or metal-forming equipment is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools.
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, grasp tools, and perform repetitive motions.
Safely operate hoists, manual pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, and operate tube bending machines and related equipment.
Bend structural tubing, rods, bars, pipe, channels, and other materials to precise specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
Select and install the proper tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges for each job.
Inspect finished parts using measuring and inspection equipment to verify quality and tolerances.
Perform first-piece inspections and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
Identify and properly tag nonconforming materials.
Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with teammates and other departments to support production goals.
Safely operate hoists, manual pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
