Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating fabrication or metal-forming equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate tube bending machines and related equipment.
- Bend structural tubing, rods, bars, pipe, channels, and other materials to precise specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Select and install the proper tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges for each job.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring and inspection equipment to verify quality and tolerances.
- Perform first-piece inspections and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
- Identify and properly tag nonconforming materials.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and other departments to support production goals.
- Safely operate hoists, manual pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
