Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience operating fabrication or metal-forming equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
  • Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience operating fabrication or metal-forming equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and operate tube bending machines and related equipment.
  • Bend structural tubing, rods, bars, pipe, channels, and other materials to precise specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
  • Select and install the proper tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges for each job.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring and inspection equipment to verify quality and tolerances.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
  • Identify and properly tag nonconforming materials.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and other departments to support production goals.
  • Safely operate hoists, manual pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
