CNC Tube Bender - Manufacturing Trainee
About The Position
At Mid-State Sales, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, basic mechanical ability, and solid math skills to train as CNC Tube Benders. Previous CNC tube bending experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training. This role involves learning to set up and operate CNC tube bending equipment to manufacture precision hydraulic tube assemblies for industrial and OEM customers. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring parts with precision tools, inspecting finished products, monitoring machine operation, performing basic adjustments and maintenance, and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

- Basic math skills, including measuring, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and operate CNC tube bending equipment.
- Manufacture precision hydraulic tube assemblies for industrial and OEM customers.
- Read blueprints and work instructions.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Load material and monitor machine operation.
- Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues.
- Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to continuously improve our processes.
