Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in partner/channel management or professional services leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and financial planning.
  • Deep understanding of services delivery models and experience managing external vendors or ecosystems.
  • Expert communicator with the executive presence to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling SaaS or technology services ecosystems.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent project management credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the TSP program strategy, defining performance tiers and KPIs that align with global professional services growth goals.
  • Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of high-caliber partners, building a robust pipeline to meet evolving delivery and revenue needs.
  • Drive partner accountability through rigorous performance frameworks and regular business reviews to ensure world-class delivery quality.
  • Mastermind the financial forecasting for partner-delivered services, managing monthly and annual revenue targets while mitigating risks.
  • Act as a high-impact bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless contract management and operational compliance
