Join Amazon's Selling Partner Trust team to protect and empower sellers across North America (NA) while safeguarding customers and the integrity of Amazon's store. You'll be the critical bridge between enforcement strategies and regional seller needs, ensuring compliance programs balance protection with business growth. This role operates at the intersection of policy, product, and business — translating WW enforcement strategies into NA region specific execution plans that protect sellers and customers while enabling business growth. The NA (US and CA) Principal Program Manager serves as the SPT bridge to the NA 3P business and policy teams, responsible for reducing seller friction, improving enforcement accuracy, and driving measurable, regional, progress against SPT Board of Director goals — specifically Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI), High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE), and HVLE False Positives. SPT's North Star is to support and protect Seller business continuity so Sellers can confidently invest in growing with Amazon. To achieve this, we focus on three interconnected areas: Governance—ensuring enforcements are accurate, predictable, and only taken when necessary; Seller Experience—providing transparent information with efficient remediation pathways; and Support—demonstrating Amazon's commitment to Sellers when issues arise. The global SPT team covers all Amazon stores, with each regional program manager serving as the SPT representative for their specific region. We value individual expression and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve Amazon's mission of being Earth's most customer-centric company.
