Manage cross-functional partnerships with policy teams, compliance, and other partner organizations to improve seller experience and decrease unexpected account suspension. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that balance seller protection with customer trust. Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, establish performance metrics and goals.
