About The Position
Prestigious, full service, Long Island law firm seeks experienced senior Trusts & Estates attorney with at least 7 years of experience and a portable business. The candidate should have significant law firm experience in estate planning (including drafting and administering estates), estate and gift taxes, drafting trusts (including ILITS, IDGTs, SNTs, and Grantor Trusts), and business succession planning with a working knowledge of corporate governance, LLC structures and control. The candidate should have demonstrated ties to Long Island. The firm's offices are centrally located on Long Island in one of the region's premier buildings. The firm has great infrastructure, an excellent support staff, and a unique collegial culture with a strong track record of integrating lateral attorneys.
