TRUSTS & ESTATES LITIGATION PARTNER OR SENIOR ATTORNEY
About The Position
Prestigious, full service, Long Island law firm seeks experienced senior Trusts & Estates litigation attorney (with at least 7 years' experience) with sustainable portable business. The candidate should have significant law firm experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to, probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters. Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters also a plus. The candidate should have demonstrated ties to Long Island. The firm's offices are centrally located on Long Island in one of the region's premier buildings. The firm has great infrastructure, an excellent support staff, and a unique collegial culture with a strong track record of integrating lateral attorneys.
