About The Position
Prestigious, full service, Long Island law firm seeks an experienced senior Trusts & Estates litigation attorney with at least 7 years of experience and a portable business. The candidate will handle trusts and estates litigation, including probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters. Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters is also a plus. The firm is located in a premier building on Long Island and offers excellent infrastructure, support staff, and a collegial culture that successfully integrates lateral attorneys.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation.
- Significant law firm experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation.
- Demonstrated ties to Long Island.
- Sustainable portable business.
