We are seeking an experienced Personal Trust Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of trust and wealth management relationships. In this role, you will serve high-net-worth clients by providing guidance on wealth planning strategies, trust administration, and financial solutions while driving business development and relationship growth. You will work closely with internal partners and external advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of business development or personal trust relationship management experience.
• 10+ years of high-level client management experience within the financial services or investment management industry.
• Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, fiduciary administration, taxation, financial planning, and discretionary asset management.
• 10+ years of success in trust, investment agency, or institutional sales within a financial services organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage internal and external referral networks.
• Proven success in sales and client relationship management within a collaborative, partner-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities with existing clients, prospects, and referral sources.
• Build and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients to support asset growth, retention, and revenue generation.
• Provide guidance on financial planning topics, including estate planning, retirement planning, investment management, risk management, and charitable planning.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage assigned trust and fiduciary accounts, including account reviews, client communications, distributions, fee management, and administrative activities.
• Review estate planning documents and coordinate with professional advisors to support effective trust and estate administration.
• Maintain an active business development pipeline and cultivate referral networks within the community and professional circles.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
