About The Position

Parkside Financial Bank & Trust is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in executing daily operational requirements and support the Trust & Family Office division. This team member will collaborate with TFO Advisors, allowing them to provide comprehensive wealth advisory services to a diverse clientele focused on success. The overall goal of the TFO Coordinator is to ensure all logistics are taken care of to the highest possible standard so that we elevate each experience for our clients. A high school diploma or equivalent along with 3 years of administrative experience is required, and experience supporting a Trust, Family Office, and/or Wealth Management team is preferred.

  • Experience supporting a Trust, Family Office and/or Wealth Management team
  • Experience and knowledge of wealth management services

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and completion of client paperwork
  • Manage an efficient onboarding process for new account relationships
  • Supports scheduling of client experiences, including some venue coordination and third-party contractors
  • Communicate and work with support teams to maintain accurate client data in multiple client management systems
  • Service client needs and collaborate with Trust and Family Office colleagues to ensure the highest level of service
  • Educate clients on various online financial management tools
  • Assist with preparation of client meeting materials
  • Maintain accurate client data
  • Coordinate money movement transactions
  • Manage client meeting action items to ensure timely completion
  • Navigate and generate reports in multiple client management systems
  • Assist clients with account questions
  • Schedule meetings using individual and team calendars
  • Must be a notary if not one currently
