About The Position

The Truist Analyst Program - Technology, Data, and Operations Track is an immersive program designed to provide participants with critical work experience through rotations in specific areas of the bank over the course of a year. It includes a custom curriculum to deepen financial services acumen and build mission-critical skills. The program emphasizes real work experience, customized curriculum, and interactions with Truist leaders, aiming to place participants on a fast-track to impact. The program fosters connection and learning among teammates, building a strong network. Upon successful completion, participants may secure placement based on business needs, preference, and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027
3.0+ GPA preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong initiative and personal accountability
Demonstrated leadership through on campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience
Enthusiasm for a career in financial services
Willingness to travel
Ability to relocate for the program and locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion.
Individuals hired into Technology, Data, & Operations track will be located in Charlotte or Atlanta for the duration of the training program and rotations.

Responsibilities

Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, during the program.
Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.
