About The Position

The Truck Wash Technician maintains the cleanliness and efficiency of Holden Farms’ fleet by cleaning and detailing trucks and trailers operating in Southeast Minnesota. The role reports directly to the Trucking Manager and includes daily washing of 53-foot trailers using a power washer. The technician follows Holden Farms’ biosecurity protocols and works independently while contributing positively to the team.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., though hours may vary with business demands. Overtime opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.
• Ability to bend over, scrape, and pressure wash trailers.
• Ability to frequently bend and crawl into small areas for extended periods while washing trailer interiors.
• Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash 53-foot trailers daily.
• Operate a power washer to clean trailers.
• Use a platform-equipped step ladder to reach high surfaces safely.
• Follow Holden Farms’ biosecurity protocols.
• Work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a self-motivated, positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
• Bend, scrape, pressure wash, and clean trailer interiors, including crawling into small areas.
