This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also requires participation in planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise return/go-back processes, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact respectfully with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
