This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The team member will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and is responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Additional duties include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance. The role requires interacting positively and respectfully with others, remaining positive in difficult situations, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This position is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with other duties as assigned.
