This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interacts positively with others, serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
