About The Position
TPG is seeking a Truck Shop Supervisor to oversee maintenance personnel and procedures to provide major, routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of equipment, facilities and ensure economical and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Above average knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and ability to read all schematics.
- Working knowledge of diesel engines.
- Good computer skills with MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of college, technical school, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years maintenance experience.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.
- Able to walk over rough terrain, sit, climb ladders and stairs, squat, kneel for extended periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to troubleshoot, perform maintenance planning, project management and predictive management.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
