About The Position

New Holland Auto Group is seeking an experienced Truck Shop Service Advisor, with a focus on Ram Trucks, to join their award-winning service department. This role is within a 40+ bay service department and the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. The salary range is $60k-$65k, requiring 3-5 years of experience to qualify.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience to qualify for pay range listed
Strong listening skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
High school diploma or equivalent
Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing

Nice To Haves

Service advisor experience preferred
Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram exprerience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work
Provide quality, friendly, professional customer service
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards
