As a Truck Service Adviser (TSA), you will provide first-rate customer service to customers about the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing up work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over the counter sells (OTC) transactions while insuring we are returning every traveler to the road safe and better than when they arrived. In this role, you can expect to: - Work in a trusting and safe environment focused on provided excellent customer service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded. - Have extensive knowledge of the services we provide and the products we sell. - Have Strong selling skills to help generate revenue, Ability to influence in a professional manner while maintaining and displaying high integrity. - Write, detail and process (pay out) Work orders and OTC transactions; Properly write up an ETA Work Order. Secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers. - Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports, Understand various payment types. -Provide Customers with descriptions of any issues with their vehicle and help them understand what is needed to return them to the road safely. - Regularly be on the phone speaking to drivers, companies, securing payments or advising drivers/companies with issues related to their vehicle.
