About The Position

The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department, including loading crew duties and ensuring trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines. The role supports company policies, procedures, goals, and deadlines; maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization; works with the Quality Assurance Team to support Good Manufacturing Practices; and follows company food safety policies, procedures, and training.

The position involves nighttime warehouse operations and physically demanding work, including working in tight or dim spaces and at heights.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Food industry experience preferred.
