About The Position

The Truck Loader performs routine manufacturing and plant-support tasks, including operating machinery under direction, supplying materials and tools, loading and unloading items, maintaining equipment and work areas, and conducting routine quality checks. The role requires following safety regulations and being able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Requirements

• Typically possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment and keep the manufacturing area free from debris and dirt.
• Prepare or put away tools as assigned.
• Follow directions to operate machinery and to hold or supply routine materials and tools.
• Load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property-care activities and other non-technical routine plant tasks.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to a supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
