About The Position

The Truck Dumper moves trucks and trailers around the property and keeps raw-material trailers dumped safely and on time. The role helps maintain a steady flow of raw material for a consistent material mix, cleans trailers after dumping to meet customer requirements, and positions trailers in the holding lot for the next day's routes. The Truck Dumper also cleans the lift tractor and dock area, performs general facility labor, and follows company safety rules and regulations. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience operating a tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady flow of dumped raw material to support a consistent material mix.
• Clean trailers after dumping so they meet customer requirements.
• Position trailers in the holding lot so they are ready for the next day's routes.
• Clean the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area when dumping is complete.
• Perform general labor and other tasks related to facility operations.
• Prioritize safety and comply with company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
