About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking motivated Truck Drivers-Non CDL and CDL to join our Transportation team. We are hosting an onsite job fair for these positions where candidates can meet the team and be interviewed on the spot. Iron Mountain provides expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics. We partner with 225,000 customers globally to preserve artifacts, extract more from inventory, and protect data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21.
  • A consistently good driving record.
  • Pre-employment requirements include comprehensive background check, drug screening, MVR check and DOT physical.
  • Proven ability in physical capacity, including the ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
  • Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders.
  • Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
  • Demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
  • Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
