About The Position

Carson is hiring Class A or B truck drivers in Eugene, Oregon. Drivers transport petroleum products in one of several roles: Tank Wagon Driver, Fleet Tank Wagon Driver, or Truck & Trailer Tanker Driver. The position offers home-daily routes and a positive work-life balance. Carson has provided service in Oregon and Southwest Washington for more than 85 years and offers products and services across fuels, lubricants, transload, propane, carwash, heating and cooling, retail, and industrial solutions.

Requirements

Class A or B commercial driver's license with a HazMat endorsement.
Two years of CDL experience; tanker experience preferred.
D.O.T. medical certificate.
Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to occasionally climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, pull up to 40 pounds, and perform overhead lifting up to 40 pounds.
Ability to maintain balance at heights of up to 20 feet and withstand road shocks and moderate vibrations associated with driving a commercial vehicle.
Close, distance, peripheral, and color vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
