About The Position
Colonial Electric Supply is hiring an experienced Truck Driver for local routes. This full-time position offers competitive pay, steady local routes, and weekends completely free. Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience driving a 26ft box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR background screening required).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical/certification and meet OSHA requirements.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs during deliveries.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-trip safety inspections and oversee the loading of the truck.
- Drive dedicated local routes to deliver electrical components to commercial job sites and company branches.
- Safely unload materials for clients and provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
