About The Position
Kemira is seeking an experienced Regional Truck Driver to support their Manufacturing Coagulants, Industry & Water segment in Baltimore, MD. The Industry & Water segment focuses on improving customer water treatment efficiency through value-added support and high-performance chemicals. This role involves delivering bulk liquid commodities to customers, loading and unloading tankers, completing delivery paperwork, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the safe transportation and handling of hazardous materials. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years of experience driving tractor trailer
- Minimum 3-years of experience transporting bulk chemicals in cargo tank preferred
- Commercial drivers license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsement required
- Clean driving record (2.0 points or less)
- Basic math skills
- Thorough knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Customer service orientation
