About The Position
Firma Concrete is looking for a Truck Driver/Labourer to support our concrete crews. This role is a mix of driving and hands-on field work. When you're not making deliveries, you'll be helping crews with material handling, site setup, and general labour.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lb.
- Reliable, safety focused, and willing to work overtime.
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience preferred.
- Forklift, skid steer, or telehandler experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 or Class 3 trucks safely.
- Deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment.
- Load, unload, and secure materials.
- Assist crews with general labour and site setup.
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections.
- Follow all company safety policies.
